Biomechanics is a decision science. We teach the variables behind the decision, not the names of the muscles.
Each course is built around four measurable variables. Students learn to read them from video, force data and clinical tests, then make and defend a training or rehabilitation decision.
Force
Magnitude of the load the body produces or resists.
Direction
The line of the force vector relative to the joint.
Dose
How much load, how often and for how long.
Tissue tolerance
What the tendon, bone or muscle can safely absorb.
