Students from other countries studying online
A foreign applicant is someone who has or will hold a temporary visa and does not have US citizenship or legal permanent resident status (also known as a “green card,” or “green card”).

There is a fee for processing foreign applications of USD $20.
Academic transcripts from each secondary and post-secondary institution you have attended, as well as a certified or attested translation if the original document is not in English, must be submitted. Unofficial academic records, as well as a two-page essay outlining your whole academic and extracurricular experience, may be supplied.

If you wish to pursue an associate’s or bachelor’s degree only via Online courses, you are considered an online applicant.
Materials to be Employed
To apply, you must first complete an online application and pay a $10 application fee before submitting your application.

Those who want to transfer their status
For transfer students, you must also have official transcripts from all colleges and institutions that you have attended submitted directly to the university where you want to enroll in classes. To be considered for this position, you must provide a declaration of missing time that clarifies any gaps in your post-secondary education, if you have any. If you have completed fewer than 20 semester hours or 30 quarter hours of university or college courses, you must additionally provide a copy of your high school transcript for evaluation.

Applicants who are first-year college students
When applying as a freshman, you must provide a copy of your high school transcript for evaluation. For the SAT (school code 1593) or for the ACT (3114), you must submit your results directly from the testing provider or from your high school, not via the college application process.
